How S-pack handles business inquiry information

Information we collect

When you submit an RFQ or contact S-pack, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone or messaging account, country, product requirements, and message details.

How we use the information

We use inquiry information to reply to quote requests, confirm packaging specifications, prepare samples, arrange order follow-up, and improve our packaging materials service.

How we protect inquiry data

Inquiry records are used for business communication and internal sales follow-up. We do not sell inquiry data to third parties. Access to inquiry records should be limited to authorized S-pack staff and service providers who help operate the website or communication workflow.

Website analytics and advertising measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website visits, traffic sources, page engagement, successful RFQ submissions, WhatsApp link clicks, and email link clicks. A link click only shows that the contact channel was opened; it does not mean that a message was sent or that a qualified inquiry was received. Measurement data may include device and browser information, approximate location, page paths, referral information, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the page language, and the product page used to open the contact channel. We do not send the name, email address, phone number, company name, form message, WhatsApp number, WhatsApp message content, or email message content to Google through these tags.

Meta advertising measurement

With your permission, Meta Pixel measures page visits and successful quote requests to help us understand and improve Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp advertising. Meta may receive page URLs, referral URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses and advertising cookie identifiers. We send a technical event identifier to avoid counting the same inquiry twice. We do not send your name, email, phone, company, message or other quote form fields through Meta Pixel. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are not enabled.

Your analytics choice

You can accept or decline analytics measurement when the website displays the analytics preferences notice. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can clear this website's local storage to make the notice appear again, or change your measurement choice.

International business communication

S-pack works with overseas business buyers. By submitting an inquiry, you understand that your information may be processed for cross-border quotation, sampling, shipping, and customer support communication.

Retention and removal

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to manage quotations, samples, orders, repeat purchasing, and normal business records. You may contact us to request correction or removal of your inquiry information where applicable.
